Support for a case manager and a peer support specialist for The Ark shelter in Elkin to provide assistance needed for homeless families and single women to be successful in permanent housing.

Cancer Services, Inc.
Funding for the Patient Advocacy program to provide Yadkin County residents facing cancer with personalized staff assistance, accessing and securing medication, and direct financial assistance for emergency unmet cancer treatment needs

Compassion Care Center
Funding for the BrightCourse Program, including Online courses in prenatal care, parenting, and life skills. These courses can be streamed and completed on a smart phone, tablet, or computer for clients who have transportation issues.

Forbush Volunteer Fire Department
For equipment to bring the department and district to a medium-duty rescue certification.

Hands of Hope Medical Clinic
Funding to pay staff interpreters who help to enhance medical services for diverse and underserved populations with the goal of improving health outcomes and reducing disparities.

Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care
For the Charitable Care program that provides support for patients and families who lack the resources to pay for their end-of-life care in Yadkin County.

New Horizons Adult Day Services, Inc.
Activities allowing individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities to visit, explore, and gain knowledge of the area by visiting local museums, historic sites, restaurants, and state parks.

Smart Start of Yadkin County
Support to provide the evidence based Incredible Years training program "Helping Preschool Children with Autism: Teachers and Parents as Partners" in Yadkin County. This program includes 18hours of training in six sessions for childcare professionals and parents who have young children diagnosed as on the autism spectrum or are suspected of being autistic.

Solus Christus
Funding for the renovation of there spite quarters on Solus Christus property. The quarters will allow live-in staff to disconnect from work in order to find rest, recovery, and rejuvenation.

‍Threshold Retreat and Farm
Support for the Good Soil program that helps volunteers learn organic practices for growing and sharing produce with Yadkin Christian Ministries’ food pantry through weekly distribution.

Yadkin County Rescue Squad and EMS
To replace aging and outdated rope rescue equipment that is necessary to maintain heavy rescue, rope rescue, and confined space rescue operations.

‍Yadkin Arts Council, Inc.
Support for the annual Page to Stage program, which includes a live stage performance of the musical James and the Giant Peach to Yadkin County School 4th and 5th graders and Powers of Poetry workshops for Yadkin County elementary, middle, and high schools.

‍Yadkin County Rescue Squad and EMS
Funds to replace the current interlocking/stacked lifting bags that have reached the end of their service life. Stackable/interlocking airbags are used for lifting heavy objects such as cars, tractor trailers, or agriculture implements.

‍YVEDDI East Bend Senior Center
Decreasing social isolation and loneliness in senior adults by providing a monthly supper meal, fresh produce, and take-home activities.

YVEDDI Yadkin Valley Senior Center
Funding to assist in resurfacing the existing pavement at the Jonesville Senior Center and assisting with meal delivery programs.
