Jennifer Johnson, Principal of Three Magnolias Financial Advisors in Winston-Salem, holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an MBA from UNC-Greensboro. In addition, she has completed the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) designation. Active in the community and in philanthropy, Jennifer and her husband, David, have supported several organizations including Second Harvest Food Bank, Samaritan Ministries, and Matthew 25 Ministries. Jennifer has served in leadership roles as a member of the Boonville United Methodist Church and Winston-Salem Financial Services Professionals. She is an active sports fan especially when her own girls are on the volleyball court. Jennifer and David reside in Boonville and have two daughters, Elizabeth "Libby" and Ella Caroline.

Robin has been a resident of Lewisville since 1984. She is co-founder of the Chris Paul Family Foundation and retired from Wachovia Bank. Robin works closely with organizations trying to level the playing field for children in various cities. She is a core member of YourMomCares, focusing on children’s mental health. Robin and her husband, Charles Paul, Sr., have 2 sons – Charles Paul, Jr. (CJ) and Chris, and four grandchildren – Chris II, Camryn, Carder, and Chloe.

Bradley O. Gray is the managing principal of the CPA firm Gray, Callison & Jones CPA, PC in Winston-Salem, NC. In addition to the firm management, Brad also provides tax and accounting services to individuals, small businesses, and certain nonprofit organizations. A graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Brad is certified to practice in North Carolina and he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Brad is involved with many civic and community groups, is a Paul Harris Fellow in the Clemmons Rotary Club, and lives in Clemmons, North Carolina.

Stacy is a certified public accountant and has served as the chief financial officer for Hip Chics Inc. in Clemmons since its inception 15 years ago. She received her BS in Business Administration and Masters of Accounting from UNC – Chapel Hill and worked in public accounting for several years before entering the corporate world. She is an active member of River Oaks Community Church where she enjoys her small group and children’s program involvement. Stacy is also a founding board member and volunteer treasurer for a local non-profit, Sally’s Angels, Inc. which serves families of critically and chronically ill children in our community. She and her husband Les live in Clemmons and have three grown children, Ryan, Jake and Meredith.
Robert D. Sipprell, Jr. (Bob)

Bob Sipprell is a retired Human Resource Executive, having spent his career in Winston-Salem with Integon and Wachovia. He has lived in Clemmons 40+ years. Bob graduated with a BA in Economics from Bethany College and an MBA from Michigan State. He has been an active volunteer in the community, serving on the boards of the YMCA and March of Dimes and volunteering with the Clemmons Food Pantry and Clemmons Methodist Men’s Club disaster relief teams. Bob and his wife Drinda have two grown sons and six grandchildren.
Kim Henson
Community Volunteer
Kim Henson is a resident of Lewisville and was born and raised in High Point, NC. She is a graduate of East Carolina University where she received a BS in Business Marketing with a minor in management. She had a career in business and was a Marketing Consultant. Kim left the business industry and started volunteer coaching at WCCC. While there, she helped start a training program for young girls, 6-9, to develop their basketball skills. She started an AAU basketball Team, Salem Swish, and coached them for two years. Kim was a 9th grade and JV volleyball coach at Reagan High School for four years. She volunteers at the Forsyth Humane Society and is a strong supporter of their program. She is married to Chris and they are parents of two daughters.
Bo Houff

Bo retired in 2022 as a partner and shareholder with Blanco Tackabery, where he practiced law for more than 34 years. Before going to law school (UNC JD, 1988) Bo graduated from UNC Chapel Hill with a degree in education (1980). He lived in France for a year before teaching in Martinsville, VA and Southern Pines, NC. After getting his JD in 1988, Bo entered private practice with Blanco Tackabery. There he was a civil litigator, representing banks, businesses and individuals. He also served as Town Attorney for Lewisville for more than 25 years, and as Town Attorney for Walkertown for 20 years. He continues to serve as Guardian Ad Litem for injured minors. A resident of Lewisville, he also serves on the Board of the Lewisville Civic Club and is the Church Council Chair at Lewisville United Methodist Church, where has taught Sunday School for more than 25 years. Bo has been married to his wife, Beth, since 1983. They have grown twin children, Samuel and Hannah, and two grandchildren, Lillian and Marshall.
Victoria Crissman Johnson

Victoria works with CMS Insurance and Financial in Yadkinville as a NC Property & Casualty Agent and Operations Manager. Born and raised in Boonville, NC, she currently resides in Winston-Salem. Victoria graduated with a B.S.B.A. in Finance with a Concentration in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. There she also interned as their Risk Management Program's Coordinator and an active member of Gamma Iota Sigma. Victoria served on the Review Teams for Shore Scholars and Shore Community Grants. Passionate about her industry, family, and agency, she is eager to learn and serve her community.
Dan R. Pugh
Community Volunteer
Former Mayor of Lewisville, Dan Pugh has roots in western Kentucky where he attended Murray State University on a baseball scholarship. He graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry and Mathematics along with achieving 2nd Lieutenant in the Army ROTC. He began his career by accepting a teaching and research fellowship in Organic Chemistry at the University of Kentucky Graduate School where he taught master and PHD level courses. Called to active military duty in Vietnam at age 25, Dan served first as Company Commander, then Logistical Operations Officer at the Third Army Headquarters in Georgia along with Survivor Assistance Officer. He retired from the Army after 30 years of service as a Lieutenant Colonel. After military service, Dan worked at RJ Reynolds in the R&D department holding executive management positions to the level of staff vice-president. Additionally, Dan was elected to 4 terms on the Lewisville town council along with being elected 4 times as mayor. He has been awarded the N.C. Order of the Long Leaf Pine, served statewide on NC League of Municipalities Legislature Action Committees, served 16 years on the Piedmont Triad Regional Council with two terms as chairman and received the first founders award, and served on the Local Metropolitan Transportation Committee addressing the needs for traffic improvement. Dan also assisted in fund raising campaigns for United Way of Forsyth County and is a founding member of the Clemmons Medical Center Foundation Board and served on the inaugural planning team of Leadership Lewisville-Clemmons, now a program of the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce. Dan and his wife Brenda are active members of Unity Moravian Church in Lewisville and are parents of 5 adult children with 8 grandchildren.
Ronnie Willard (Ron)
Community Volunteer
Ron Willard has been a resident of Clemmons since the late 70s. He worked for Reynolds for 34 years, retiring as VP of R &D Engineering and Agribusiness Development. He graduated from NC State University with a BS in Engineering and is a member of the Leonidas Polk and Wallace Riddick lifetime giving societies for major benefactors to the university. He served as one of five people on the committee to incorporate Clemmons and served as the first Mayor of its newly formed government. Ron directed the capital campaign to build the West Forsyth YMCA and led three additional capital campaign expansions. Ron is a 23-year member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Clemmons. As a long-time resident of Clemmons, Ron was a strong advocate to bring the Novant Health Medical Center to Clemmons. He served as the first Chairman of the Novant Health Clemmons Medical Foundation. Currently, Ron serves on the Forsyth Medical Center Foundation Board of Directors, is a member of the Board and current President of Cancer Services, and is a member of Clemmons Moravian Church. Ron lives in Salem Glen and has 3 grown children.

Tim W. Bell
Tim Bell became a board member on July 1, 2018, served as Secretary in 2019-2020, Vice Chair in 2020-2021, and then as Board Chair for the 2021- 2022 fiscal year and then re-elected for a second term as Board Chair in 2022-2023. Tim engaged faithfully through the COVID-19 pandemic, serving on COVID response teams, passionately led the Board’s branding committee in launching its name as the Shallow Ford Foundation, and became an active member of the Yadkin County ChildPlex during its formative period through today. He became the face of the board and biggest champion at almost every event, often the first to arrive and the last to leave, engaging and delighting attendees with joyful communication. He served annually as emcee for the Shore Scholars Signing Day ceremony, and advocated for support of the ChildPlex locally, regionally, and in Raleigh. Tim is a member of the Atrium Health Wake Forest Baptist team where he is currently the Director of Facilities Management and oversees $31.5M expense and $2.8M revenue budgets. He is a veteran of 20 plus years of military service in the United States Air Force, where he served as a Headquarters Financial Analyst and retired at the rank of MSgt (E-7). Tim earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Mount Olive College and graduated with a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Wake Forest University. Tim is also an ordained minister, author and motivational speaker. He is married to Donyea (Dee) Dockery and has two sons, Brandon and Jared, and two grandchildren Brandon and Malia.
John Bost
John served as Chair of the Board of Directors and an officer for the Clemmons Community Foundation during a transformational period in 2017 through 2019 and continues to actively serve as an advisor and resource today. John served two terms on the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Planning Board; served on various not-for-profit boards, as well as being actively involved in several Community Development Corporations. He has served on the Mayor’s Ten Year Plan to End Chronic Homelessness, is a previous chairman of Leadership Winston-Salem, and a former three term Mayor in the Village of Clemmons. As an entrepreneur, John was the founding sponsor of an ecosystem called the Saltbox at 1650 Ivy Avenue in Winston-Salem, which now houses Neighbors for Better Neighborhoods, Love Out Loud, and the School of Love. John is also an author, having most recently published, A Catalyst for Change: How Alignment and Relationships Accelerate Change. He is licensed with the N.C Real Estate Commission and is owner of Master Counsel and Associates, Inc. John is married to LaDonna Bost, an interior designer, and has one daughter, Summer Bost Jackson, a Principal with the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools, and two grandchildren.
Ken Burkel
Ken has been a champion for the Foundation since its birth from the Clemmons Rotary Foundation. A graduate of St. Norbert College, Ken moved to Clemmons from Green Bay, WI as VP of sales and marketing for a large printing company and later co-founded a cost management consulting company from which he retired in 2015. Ken was a 17-year member of the Rotary Club of Clemmons. His community service has included a NC Commission advocating for organ donations, a Big Brother, Jerry Long YMCA Board, Cancer Services Board, Novant Clemmons Foundation Board, moderates a Divorce Care group at his church, Clemmons UMC, was past founding member and Chair of the Board for the Clemmons Community Foundation and, most recently, has been instrumental in initiating the Salem Glen College Assistance Program of the foundation. Ken and his wife, Linda, live in Clemmons and have two sons, Nick and Grant, and three grandchildren.
John D. Crouch, Jr., CPA, CVA
John Crouch has been a champion for the Foundation since its birth from the Clemmons Rotary Foundation. John resides in Clemmons. He is a practicing CPA and CVA with Crouch Joslyn Good PLLC. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Lander University. He has served on the finance committee of Habitat for Humanity of Forsyth County and has chaired the Finance and Personnel committees of Ardmore Baptist Church. John currently volunteers as a Small Business Navigator in the program started by the Community Foundation with the Lewisville-Clemmons Chamber of Commerce. John is married to Ammanda and has three daughters.
Donald S. Kinney, CPA
Donald Kinney started his term in the 2016-2017 fiscal year serving as Board Treasurer, which at the time, included all daily accounting for the foundation. He did this as a volunteer, handling all the accounting functions until July 1, 2018 when the foundation hired a part-time accountant. Donald Kinney is a Certified Public Accountant with Crouch Joslyn Good, PLLC in Winston-Salem and has been resident of Clemmons for more than 20 years. Donald graduated with a BA from UNC Charlotte and a BS from High Point University. He is active in his church and serves on the board of Triad Family Network. Donald and his wife, Carolyn, have two grown daughters and four grandchildren.
